Our Story, Mission, and Vision for Haiti's Children
Founded in 2010, the Association for the Children of Regnier Haiti (ACRH) was born from a deep commitment to serve the children of Regnier, a rural community in Haiti facing significant challenges in education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.
What began as a small initiative to provide school supplies to local children has grown into a comprehensive organization serving over 500 children and their families through multiple programs addressing education, healthcare, nutrition, and family support.
To empower children in Regnier, Haiti by providing access to quality education, healthcare, nutrition, and family support services that enable them to reach their full potential and break the cycle of poverty.
A thriving community where every child in Regnier has the opportunity to grow up healthy, educated, and empowered to create a better future for themselves and their families.
We approach every child and family with empathy, understanding, and genuine care for their wellbeing.
We operate with transparency, accountability, and honesty in all our programs and partnerships.
We believe in building capacity and creating sustainable solutions that enable families to thrive independently.
We believe that sustainable change requires addressing multiple aspects of a child's life. Our integrated approach ensures children receive comprehensive support.
We work closely with local leaders, families, and community members to ensure our programs are culturally appropriate and sustainable.
We're dedicated to serving the Regnier community for the long haul, building lasting relationships and sustainable programs.
Our programs are designed based on proven best practices and continuously evaluated for effectiveness and impact.
We recognize that supporting families is essential to helping children thrive, so we provide resources and education to parents and caregivers.
